Challenge
Alliants required POC testing for the APAC market and to refine their APAC GTM strategy whilst developing key local relationships through an initial capital lite, and low risk approach.
The Solution
Accelerate Growth identified and engaged with the APAC target audience, and supported global initiatives across the existing client base. In addition, they focused on building a network of C-level Ambassadors in Australia, Singapore and India to develop new direct and channel opportunities for an outsourced GTM scalable approach.
