IBM Sterling Solutions for Commerce is a B2B and B2C purpose-built solution for optimising ecommerce order fulfilment and intercompany supply chain communications, acquired by IBM.

Challenge

Sterling Commerce was a new entrant to the ANZ market, although successful in North America. Sterling was building out a global software business and its business plan required substantial growth over a 3 year period in many markets around the world.  ANZ was the primary market to deliver the necessary revenue growth for the APAC region.

The Solution
